At SignArts, all our products are custom-made based on your order. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • All products are printed and prepared after the order is confirmed.

  • Processing time typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:

    • Shipping location

    • Courier partner availability

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any free shipping offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the notification.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate.

  • SignArts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Eligible cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund, as per our policy.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
